Taylor McFerrin
Last Friday I got a chance to get up add close to Taylor McFerrin, son of the Legendary Bobby McFerrin, as he opened the Sounds like Brooklyn music festival at BAM cafe. Although it started at 10pm by 9:30 the space was already getting packed. This was due impart, inn my own opinion to Taylor's fast rise as an up and coming artist. More than being his fathers son Taylor crafts free from compositions off of basic electronic tracks he produces and live layers it with instrumentation and what ever he can muster including his very impressive beat-boxing.
