Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
sea salt, to taste
2 tbsp maple sugar or brown sugar
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Method:
- Slice the brussels sprouts very thinly so that they are almost feathery.
- Heat the olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the brussels sprouts and continue sauteeing for 4-5 minutes or until bright green and tender.
- Add the sea salt and sugar and toss together. Finish by adding the cranberries.
